Local 718 tweets hazmat units are at 1509 Blue Hill Ave. dealing with "unknown substance oozing from suitcase."

UPDATE: That's out behind Simco's. Gosh, what could be there that might ooze?

I'm hearing it had plastic jugs with an unknown substance in them, samples of which were sent out to a lab for analyis. Also, the bomb squad was called and the feds might be involved.
