... but about a year ago, my home ISP couldn't see my work website (hosted by Earthlink) for about a week. They couldn't see Earthlink at all.
It was a screwed up DNS at my ISP which took the week to resolve (lots of e-mails and one useless phone call, plus a posting at broadbandreports); let your ISP know that there may be a DNS problem with neighborsforneighbors' address.
maybe in the future you should look at a (free) alternative DNS to your ISP. I recommend OpenDNS while admitting I know a lot of people who work there. But it's really a nice thing to have people who just do DNS for a living instead of trying to fix your ISP being stupid

Link doesn't work
There is no such host as "jamaicaplain.neighborsforneighbors.org" .
Works on MY computer
Strange it doesn't on yours.
neighborsforneighbors.org
I can get to all of their sites except for JP, Allston-Brighton, and Beacon Hill. Those three don't have host records in DNS.
Odd...
The link works fine for me too.
Works for me, too.
Works for me, too.
