Stunt man who kicked gang leader in 'The Warriors' wants video game company to come out and pay

Bennie Harding, a Rockland man who was a stuntman on the 1979 cult classic "The Warriors," says a company that made a video game out of the movie for the PlayStation 2 used his likeness without his permission.

Naturally, he's suing. In a complaint filed last week in US District Court, Harding wants Take-Two Interactive to "pay what's due me for using my image!"

Harding says his part in the movie consisted of kicking Cleon, the leader of the Warriors, and that his likeness appears both in the game itself and in the instruction manual for it.

In his complaint, Harding says he learned of his unpaid part in the game when one of his sons saw an ad for it on TV. He writes he went to a GameStop in Brockton and paid $49.99 for a copy. With the game-playing help of his friends, he says he found his image on three different levels.

Take-Two has yet to respond.

His complaint.
