Where's the T refund?

PJM reports on Flashes of Panic that it's been more than a month now and still no refund from the T for late buses. Perhaps the people who deal with the refunds are all out sick.

All good things to those who wait. It's takes more than more than a month, but it'll get there.
it's been my experience that
it's been my experience that commuter rail refunds come in around 4-6 weeks, and T refunds come in around 6-8 weeks. (though what are they going to do when Charlie is fully implemented? no more tokens taped together in the mail for me)
