That's Carpundit's reaction to the news that many in Boston's Haitian community still seem to embrace state Rep. Marie St. Fleur despite her (and her husband's) suddenly well known financial improprieties:

... That's a Boston tradition: support the criminal as long as he's your criminal. Those scumbags in Southie seem to have perfected a grand tradition.
