A nice trolley driver

Michael thanks the C-Line driver who saw him on the other side of the tracks after she'd just closed the doors and, instead of just going, re-opened the doors and gestured for him to board the train:
... When we got to Copley Square, I made a point of thanking her again for picking me up when she didn't have to. And now I'm thanking her publicly. She made my day start a little nicer; I certainly hope her day is nice in return.

On the bandwagon
I too would like to thank the lovely B-line driver who saw me hauling ass in the pouring rain to catch her train after closed the doors, and who waited for me, reopened the doors, and greeted me pleasantly. Much appreciated!
