Bad pizza is a crime

Marilora ponders a case in East Boston involving a Domino's delivery guy getting a counterfeit $20 bill as payment for a pizza. Her first thought: What in the world is somebody in Eastie doing ordering a pizza from Domino's?

This in itself could be considered a crime. ...
