Cows don't have horns
At least I feel pretty confident saying cows don't have horns. Bulls have horns, but they don't have udders. Our fiberglass bovine friends have both.
They can still be of the distaff variety
The Austin Public Library, which is in Texas, where they know cows, says cows can have horns.

I thought the she-male cow/bull was a sign of the apocalypse. I only know of genetically modified corn and soybeans from my people in Indiana.
