Bloodbath in Roslindale

A couple days ago, the Boston Direct Action Project staged a protest at the Armed Forces Recruiting Center in Roslindale, dumping fake blood all over the place and having some camo-clad and "Iraqi" protesters slump to the ground in uncomfortable positions with fake bullet holes in their heads.

Note: Don't click on the link if you don't want to see graphic closeup photos of people with (albeit fake) bullet holes in their heads. I'm also curious how they chose that particular recruiting center; it's pretty much as close to the middle of nowhere as you can get and still be within the Boston city limits.

Morons.

These same clowns were protesting the sanctions in Iraq during the 1990s. Apparently they're OK with letting fascist dictators invade neighboring countries. They don't want military consequences, and they don't want financial consequences.

Is this the semi-abandoned stripmall that used to have a Zayre store?
Was the recruiting office open when this event occurred?

This action would be much more effective if done at a recruiting station that people actually walk by, like Downtown Crossing or Audubon Circle.

Could be; there's something there that's big enough to have been a Zayre. But yeah, it's the semi-abandoned place on American Legion Highway down by the garden shops and Baby Nate's Fruitland (which I mention only because I love the name).

... From a garden place owned by somebody who looks EXACTLY like Anthony Quinn and who has lived in Roslindale his entire life and can tell you the histories of individual houses on Grew Hill and why part of the hill is collapsing (because for some reason, the Army was steamshoveling massive amounts of dirt out of it).
