The potholed road not taken
By adamg on Tue, 03/22/2005 - 4:20pm
Sean is getting just a wee bit tired of the local potholes:
... Two roads diverged in Somerville, and I —
I took the one less potholed,
And that has made little difference.

Your Subject Is Ms. Named
Since both roads were of course potholed,
"The Potholed Road Not Taken" is not the
proper name for your post. I would like
to suggest "The road less graveled by (not)".
As a former Somervillan, let me say this:
You deserve a green line extension.
Peace.

Bring back the "A" train!
Grr...
I SO did not need that song stuck in my head...
Ugghhh!! Tell me about it!!
I'm with you, Sean. The potholes are absolutely disgusting, no matter where one goes, and, the fact is, that they're not being fixed. I've called City Hall to complain, and they say"we'll have somebody down in your area,", but they respond just to get complainers off their backs. I told the manager of our building and he said he'd make a request on behalf of our building, to the city. By the way, Sean--I like your take-off on Robt. Frosts's poem, about the potholes.
