File under: Inside Track conflict scandal
Dan Kennedy notes that the Herald's Inside Track recently slammed Boston Magazine ("the older and increasingly irrelevant Boston maggie") without disclosing that the Track Gals both write for Boston Magazine competitor Boston Common.
But never one to leave a simple scandal alone, Kennediy continues that Boston Magazine has its own disclosure issues: It recently ran a tough piece on the Track (summary: They're mean and play favorites and Boston's too boring to support fulltime gossip columnists) without disclosing the Boston Common connection, which might lead some readers to wonder whether BoMag is going after the Track to get back at its own competitor (which currently features an interview with Coco Crisp, who "has already won over Boston's baseball fans").

Boring
"and Boston's too boring to support fulltime gossip columnists"
That is really a shame. There are plenty of rich people in Boston, why no wild offspring a la Paris Hilton.
Doesn't Ernie Boch Jr have any daughters lacking in morals and decency?
local stupid rich children
The closest we get to that here is Josiah Spaulding's Nazi son.
