After reading this, I was seized by a craving for Necco wafers - if you're a fan, they're selling Halloween bags that have wafers, caramels, Clark bars, and Mary Janes. Mmm...old-timey candy...

Sky Bars are my all-time favorite, but I do enjoy popping the wafers. As soon as the somewhat powdery surface hits my tongue, I'm 10-years-old again for a few moments.
SkyBar vs. Wafers
Why choose? They both have their uses, depending on your mood. Of course, if Necco invented a DARK chocolate SkyBar, then the scales would definitely be tipped in the SB direction!

Is there any reason not to substitute a Skybar for the spongecake part of tiramisu?
