I switched to RCN a couple years ago since Comcast became too expensive for me. RCN has hiked their fees every six months even though they are constantly plagued with service issues. RCN sucks and blows

Not only have the channel guide and video on demand features been out of action for two weeks, when calling in, I've been told several times by an electronic voice that the wait, due to heavy calling, would be 56 minutes. Then, the service person tells you to call in so they know you have a problem--what idiots! In addition, they say that issues may be caused by the box itself. Without a doubt, the worst service ever.
