Much tooo much!!
80 blackouts in 21 months?? THAT really is much too much!! I still remember our area going through a stage where there were 12-14-hour blackouts or longer--at least twice a month. It was dreadful--and that was also too much.

A couple Saturdays ago, I was supposed to meet someone at JP Licks. But we had to go elsewhere because the power was out. Not good for a ice cream shop!
