Where's Alexander?

Update: See Bruce's note below - Alexander the Great hadn't become Alexander the Stolen, he was Alexander the Out for Repairs.

Boston Police have put out an APB for Roslindale Square's bust of Alexander the Great, now missing from its perch across from St. Nectarios Church.

... The statue is described as being "Alexander the Great" a four to five foot bronze statue weighing between 300- 400 pounds. ...

Have you seen this man?

Where's Alex?

False Alarm

You'd think this guy would have let someone know.

"The four- to five-foot bronze statue of Alexander the Great weighing as much as 400 pounds that was thought to be stolen from Roslindale Square was actually out for repairs, according to a man who says he was called to fix the statue."

My favorite part of the story

One of the reasons the guy took the bust out for repairs was to make it harder to steal.
