It's all Ainge's fault
I don't understand why everyone is blaming Rivers- Danny Ainge is the cause of the Celtics' downward spiral. The only reason why Doc got the job in the first place was that Ainge forced out a much better coach, Jim O'Brien. Ainge is the one who completely dismanted a likeable and successful team (2002-2003), only to make a series of trades (including trading back for Toine), none of which have improved the team at all.
