The Globe today admits (on page 1, no less) that the Big Dig is not the firey death trap it portrayed yesterday - seems the reporter failed to note that the reason some fire doors were boarded up was because they led to areas still under construction, not because of flooding.

And the Herald? Well, they fired the columnist with the state contract.
