Something must be done as a result of the manner in which this advertisement depicts the highly respected and never sullied reputation of Major League Baseball. I propose a Constitutional Amendment banning beer drinking in baseball uniforms. How can you liken drinking beer to burning the flag. Burning the flag is a recognizzed as freedom of speach. Which the last time I read it, was covered under the American Constitution as a right ever citizen has. I am quite sure that there is NOTHING in that document that says anthing regrading our rights as citizens to drink beer while in a major league baseball uniform.
