No more Friendly Eating Place in Cambridge?

Mike Mennonno was shocked to see the Friendly Eating Place on Mass. Ave. gutted:

If not, there's always the Same Old Place in JP.

I'm shocked and saddened
That's two "Friendly Eating Places" to bite the dust in the Boston area in the last couple of years. We had one in J.P., too. I think the fact that 'friendly' eating places can't survive any longer in this culture is clear evidence of our society's ever-increasing misanthropy and incivility. Either that or the rent was too high.

::sigh:: I guess I'll have to start going to the Rude Eating Place or the Nasty Chowing Spot next weekend.
Cambridge is now less friendly but more good?
But now Cambridge has a Good Food Cafe. (Haven't tried it yet.)
