It seems that Dedham..
...can't seem to keep much of anything open on the old US1 corridor. It was always weird that the Dedham Mall died when and how it did (not that it wasn't part of some larger trend or anything, it was just that it seems that Dedham/W Rox/Roslindale/Hyde Park needed to shop someplace). I wonder why it is.
Applebees itself isn't really a huge loss though.
