The only thing worse than watching the Sox on Fox

Would be if Tim McCarver did the broadcasts all by himself. Man, are these people awful - and why do they keep showing Joe Torre? It's not like Torre has changed his expression since 1993.

But, ooh, David Ortiz!

Try watching the Sox on YES Network in New York when they black out NESN and ESPN. I'll take Tim McCarver over Michael Kay any day.

...rather than one Joe Morgan. ESPN has great visuals, but being a HoF player does not translate into decent broadcasting. Bleh.
