Violent night in Dorchester, East Boston

Three shot at 6 Armandine St. in Dorchester around 7:45 last night. All three victims expected to live, although one was reported in critical condition.

Shortly before midnight, police found a 17-year-old shot through the lip at Fayston Street and Blue Hill Avenue in Grove Hall.

Around 9:24 last night, police found one man with multiple stab wounds to the head and another shot in the chest at 44 Marion St. The stabbing victim is not expected to live; the gunshot victim is. The Herald reports police are looking for a single suspect in connection with the attacks and that he might have used a hatchet. Drug deal gone bad? Police report the stabbing victim was found with seven bags of what appears to be crack cocaine.

This attack comes one night after a machete attack in East Boston.
