America's wackiest town councilor at it again

The Tab reports that Watertown Town Councilor (and state Governor's Councilor) Marilyn Devaney allegedly threw a curling iron at a clerk at a beauty supply store when the woman wouldn't let her write a check without ID - the clerk refused to accept the Governor's Councilor plates on Devaney's PT Cruiser as proof she could be trusted.

Lance needs to know:

There are a number of different models of the Curlmaster Dual-Heat Spring Iron. Did Devaney's weapon of choice have a 3/8" barrel, or was it the larger, potentially deadlier 1" model?
