Amy is just shocked that Buddy Cianci plans to move to Boston after he gets out of the pen, instead of running for mayor of Providence again - and that he'll be shilling for the 15 Beacon hotel. She imagines his pitch:
... I'll see to it my cousin has a real luxurious lady in your lap, if you know what I'm sayin'. So give me a call back, and we'll work somethin' out that's agreeable to both of us." ...
15 Beacon? Buddy must be losing his sense of humor. He should've gotten a job at either Jurys (in the old police headquarters) or that hotel at the old Charles Street Jail.
