Now wait a minute! These so-called "psychics" have set up a cartel to protect their meager income from depletion by outsiders. Why don't they set up day-trading accounts at Charles Schwab, buy stocks today that they KNOW will go up tomorrow, and retire as MILLIONAIRES!

Limiting competition by licenses and fees -- for the "good of the public," of course -- is more of a modern phenomenon. Everybody from hairdressers to real estate agents is using it.
