Fatal shooting in Chelsea; gory but non-fatal stabbing in Revere

Chelsea and State Police are investigating the death of Raymond DeJesus, 21, on Cottage Street around 2 a.m. Sunday in Chelsea. According to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office, DeJesus was shot multiple times.

This morning, Shaun T. MacNeil, 22, is expected to be arraigned for the attempted murder of an acquaintance during an early-Sunday argument in a car on Constitution Avenue in Revere. The victim survived despite being stabbed "multiple times in the head and neck."
