It was a slow day today for the lifeguards at Revere Beach, where cooler temperatures and brisk winds kept most people away.

Having never gone swimming
Having never gone swimming at Revere Beach, should I believe the horror stories that state I'll be swimming in sewage and stepping on dirty needles if I make an attempt to cool off there?
