It's damn depressing going to a Boston-devoted blog seeing the top entry about Boston suckitude. I know we take the fine art of complaining to a whole new level in Mass, but can we stop shitting on each other please?

I'm surprised New York's Gawker and its readers are concerning themselves with little ole Boston. Insecurity complex? The people who responded to the poll left comments indicating that the city is full of drunken Irishmen at every corner and that 'black people don't ride the red line'. Um... yeah.

Kind of an odd competition, as it pits one great city against another, hosted by yet a third, even though the point is to diminish all three.

That's supposed to be a bad thing?
