Hey, girls: Stop laughing so loudly when you get to Revere Beach

duh

Don't buy a place on a busy public beach if you can't stand the public. I moved to a "central" location in a downtown-type area a few months ago and I think it's great. When I hear people outside, I don't complain. It's what I expected. If my neighbors start complaining, I'll surely become annoyed at them. Sleepy-neighborhood people should stay in their sleepy neighborhoods.
