Trish Fontanilla asks:

Great breakfast places 10 mins or less from South Station for 10+ people? Is that possible?

For dim sum. And I'd second Flour except that they are kind of a sh*t show--I don't think I'd try for ten people there.

My Diner (which is pretty small inside - could be tight for a group of 10 if they are busy) is closer to Broadway Station. About 1 mile walk from South Station; .2 mile from Broadway. If the poster is traveling on the Red Line and can get off at Broadway, Mul's Diner (75 West Broadway) is just up the block.

There was a place down by Congress too, can't remember. Breakfast at William's tavern might not work for all .....

Not a great place but across the street fromSouth Station is One Financial Place. They have an upstairs Atium with counter tray service breakfast with plenty of seating. Not the best but closest to South Station. Otherwise Muls Diner near Broadway Station is the best.
