As much as I love Foleys I would not recommend it as a venue to watch sports, especially march madness.
Champions is a good recommendation. The Sports Grill on Canal Street is a decent option too as they have a TON of tvs. I actually think it's overbearing of how many they have but for March Madness this spot would be good.
The NCAA tournament is annoying because people yak about office pools but don't bother actually attending college basketball games, at least locally. NU won its conference while having the lowest attendance, while at BU the basketball attendance is pitiful, especially compared to hockey. Then you have BC, an ACC basketball school that averages bigger crowds for hockey.

As in the financial district/fan hall? Warehouse is a solid option. Decent food and tons of TV's.
