Sledding in Franklin Park
There are great hills on the golf course and other places in Franklin Park. Shattuck Picnic area - go down the hill towards the baseball backstop. Behind the golf course - walk straight back till you get to the hill. Along the road after/before the Shattuck, head downhill from a variety of spots, just watch out for trees here. None of the hills are really crowded, so it's much safer than other spots around the city.
Boston Common!
Keep up the tradition! Latin School students confronted Gen. Haldimand of His Majesty's Army (i.e. Redcoats) — and convinced the British officer to allow them to go sledding on the Common in the winter of 1774–75.
Lars Anderson Park

Ringer Park in Allston
Solid spot with steep hills, and a five to ten minute walk from the B Line.
Boston Proper
The only hill suitable for sledding that I am aware of in town (if that is what you were referring to by Boston Proper) is on the Common. If you were referring to Boston including the neighborhoods, then there are any number of places, the best in my opinion being Peter's Hill in the Arboretum in Roslindale.
Hypothetically...
I prefer my sledding hypothetical. If only I could do my shoveling hypothetically as well.
If you're willing to go beyond Boston Proper
Danehy Park in Cambridge
Robbins Farm Park in Arlington Heights
Corey Park
Corey Hill Park on Summit Ave. is a pretty good spot and has awesome views from the top. It's also a short but albiet steep walk from the B and C lines.
