The Arredondo Family Foundation turned Adams Park in Roslindale into a commemoration of fallen American service members, including putting flags in front of the memorial to Americans who died in the Korean and Vietnam wars.

At the Roslindale farmers' market

Roslindale Pub Night took in the summer Roslindale farmers' market, which re-opened for the season today in Adams Park in Roslindale Square. The market will be open every Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., through November.

Protester would rather bang a pot than listen to Trump

As the president spoke on TV, about 35 Roslindale residents gathered in Adams Park with pots and ladles to bang out a protest, in a Latin American-style demonstration known as a "cacerolazo."

For 45 minutes, they stood near the Poplar and South end of the park, banging their pots and occasionally taking a stroll around the park. Read more.

At peace and unity rally in Roslindale

About 200 Roslindale residents gathered in a blustery wind at Adams Park this afternoon to comfort each other and begin to figure out what comes next after this month's election.

Somebody mounted an old Menino sign at Adams Park, in front of a flag flying at half staff.

Roslindale was part of Tom Menino's old city-council district, and as a councilor, he helped create the city's first Main Streets program there.
