Harold Brown's Hamilton Co. recently filed plans with the BRA to add to Roxbury's Douglass Park complex with a five-story, 44-unit apartment building on what is now a tree-lined green between existing buildings on Camden Street.

Meanwhile, the company recently began ripping up a parking lot at 40 Malvern St. in Allston to build a six-story, 48-unit apartment building. Read more.

Children's Hospital this week sued a Seattle-based software company to get it to back off from claims the hospital owes $925,000 for "terminal emulator" software the hospital last used in 2004. Read more.

Richarson Robert, 34, was ordered held without bail today at his arraignment on a charge of first-degree murder for the Jan. 26 death of Charles Floyd.

Robert was arrested Friday - after being stopped for speeding in Watertown - the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. Read more.

Boston Police report two men in their 20s were found shot around 10:45 p.m. outside 12 Holborn St. One was pronounced dead at the scene, the other was taken to a local hospital and is expected to live.

On Thursday, two men were shot on Greenville Street, one fatally.

Reports coming in of power outages from Egleston Square to the intersection of Melnea Cass Boulevard and Mass. Ave.; started around 12:20 a.m.

On Eustis Street in Roxbury and in South Boston near the Heights, the lights flickered but didn't go out.

At 12:54, Eversource showed 2,165 Boston customers without power on its outage map.

Boston Police report the two men were shot shortly after 11 p.m. outside 21 Greenville St. The more seriously wounded man was pronounced dead at a local hospital about an hour later; the other victim will survive. Read more.
