Boston Police report a man shot at Washington and Park streets around 7:50 p.m. on Friday was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was in his 40s, police say.
Boston Police report a man was shot around 6:40 a.m. at Southampton and Topeka streets.
The victim, in his 30s, was taken to nearby Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
At 11 Santuit St., near Roseland Street, around 10:20 p.m. The victim was declared dead at the scene, Boston Police report.
UPDATE: Boston Police report Nakieka Taylor, 30, later died.
Around 9:35 p.m. in the rear of a house on Walnut Avenue near Circuit Street. The homicide unit was called in due to the severity of the victim's injuries.
Officers responding to reports of shots fired in the area of Elder and Eastman streets around 10:30 p.m. found two people in a running car engulfed in flames. Officers were unable to get them out of the car and had to wait for firefighters to arrive to put out the fire. Read more.
