The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police say. She is Boston's third murder victim this month.
Boston Police report a man found with gunshot wounds on the porch at 131 Harold St. around 1:30 a.m., Friday was taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he died.
He was 39.
Brian D'Amico and Scott Eisen report the man was shot in the head around 8:30 p.m. at 20 Brookway Terrace in the Archdale project. Boston Police report the victim was in his 20s, was found outside the building and was pronounced dead at the scene.
