Shirts come with tags that tell their stories.

Hipsters with a need for irony are flocking to a non-profit group that's figured out how to get people to buy all those T-shirts nobody wants: Wait until they're sent overseas in charity shipments, buy them back, then sell them here and use the proceeds for non-profit work.

That's the goal of Project Repat, a new Boston-based effort trying to turn old T-shirts into money for non-profit work in the developing world.

So Gov. Romney says Camp Edwards may not be a Motel 6, but the accomodations are OK (aside from the random man-eating coyote). SwissFreek, who stayed in a Camp Edwards barrack earlier this year as a member of the Civil Air Patrol, begs to differ:

Jay, meanwhile, proposes Camp Edwards as a solution for all those Nooyawka wannabees intent on renaming all of Boston's neighborhoods:

... Bus the hipsters on Fung Wah to Camp Edwards and give the city housing to Cajuns, who can add a little genuine life, spice and culture to Boston. ... Hey, free housing in Boston! Bring recipes! ... Take the hipsters' property by eminent domain? Now that would be an irony I could support.

EaBo is broken up into 3 major sections: Eagle Hill, Orient Heights, and Jeffries Point. I guess you could call Maverick a small area as well.

Spotted by the ever vigilant Marilora, who notes that, unlike EaBo, East Boston has FOUR major areas. She adds:

I wonder if this is an effort to trick unsuspecting yuppies into thinking that they are moving to a new, previously undiscovered neighborhood of Boston.

Carmeller spots the following ad on the hipsterati watering hole, i.e., craigslist:

East Boston (EaBo) loft coming in several months, 14'+ ceilings, walk to airport station, 800 square feet + 400 sf mezzanine, AC, roof rights, all stainless steel appliances, brand new. Don't wait to inquire. Come to Boston Magazine "hottest city neighborhood".

EaBo? EaFRICKINBo? I guess only people who drink SoBe can live in EaBo. Why not highlight its proximity to Logan Airport? EaBoLa!
