Audubon writes the rats are out of control:

Last night, walking from my car to the house, a big fat rat ran out from under a car, dashed across the sidewalk in front of me, slammed into the wall of the liquor store, ran back across the sidewalk and hid under the car until I passed. Short building too tall for some

A developer has proposed finally building something on a vacant lot between C.F. Donovans and the Southeast Expressway in Savin Hill. However, some nearby residents and business owners say that, at three stories, the building would be too tall.

On the Upper Deck, an educated tagger is their most annoying person

On the one hand, Tim admires the graffiti tagger who has gotten his giant "Syms" on locations that are obviously difficult to reach - such as the side of the I-93 upper deck.

On the other hand, Tim wishes the guy would knock it off already:

... There's a lot of graffiti out there that actually makes things look better. This doesn't. This is just about ego, and Syms should be ashamed rather than proud.
