    <description>&lt;p&gt;I am standing at the CompUSA in Brighton, at this public-access station they have. It&#039;s at the entrance. I feel like yelling at people coming in: &quot;Abandon all faith!&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;See, I once again stupidly ordered something online from CompUSA. 15 minutes from the time you hit submit to the time you pick up!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yeah, right!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I stood in the customer-service line for 10 minutes - after having driven 25 minutes to get there. Finally get to the desk. Give the lady my pickup number. That was around 2:45. It&#039;s now 3:04. The manager is allegedly *still* looking for the part I ordered, the one that allegedly was going to be waiting for me as I walked in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Never again. You&#039;ve fooled me for the last time, CompUSA. I won&#039;t be buying any computer equipment again at CompUSA. But thanks for providing the terminal on which I&#039;m writing this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update:&lt;/strong&gt; As the store manager explains it, when he finally appears at 3:10, without the AC adapter I&#039;d &quot;reserved,&quot; the online system is not updated in real time, which means it can let you order things that a store does not actually have in stock. Way to go, CompUSA, you suck.&lt;/p&gt;
