Rich leafy goodness

No, we didn't go up to New Hampshire today. We took a walk along the path that meanders through Stony Brook Reservation on the Hyde Park/West Roxbury line, ending up at the dock across Turtle Pond from the one you normally see on Enneking Parkway. For a few seconds, we had some company:

For some reason, these guys didn't seem too interested in the snowblowers at the Dedham Lowe's today. Inside, the kidlet and I amused ourselves by trying to turn on every single singing Christmas ornament and dancing Santa all at once - as well as blasting these Trans Siberian Orchestra-ish Christmas trees. Amazingly, we were not the only people doing this, although I think I was the only one above the age of 10. Get a taste of them below - then rush over to Lowe's to buy them and annoy the neighbors:
