Roving UHub photographer Ted Schwartzberg looked up late yesterday afternoon for Boston's first ever blimp parade - featuring the Hood, DirectTV and MetLife blimps in a grand procession of blimpiness (maybe next year they can have blimp races).

Whalehead King reports that the Hood Blimp made such an impression when it passed over Dorchester today that the bartenders at C.F. Donovan's were offering free shots of milk (Kahlua was extra).
Dave says that given where the blimp came down, the headline should have read: OH, THE HUMANITY-BY-THE-SEA.

Just like the Red Sox, the Hood Blimp has crashed. Unlike the Sox, however, no injuries are reported.
