No, I didn't realize there were any left, either. But apparently there was at least one still open, in Swampscott, only it's being shut down and turned into an IHOP:

Help Bring Public Access TV Back to Swampscott has a series of North Shore videos, including one of State Rep. Douglas Petersen making his dumb Lynn comments (basically: That Swampscott should support better education in Lynn because Swampscott kids will become "captains of industry" who will need educated blue-collar workers from Lynn); the Lynn comments start at around 2:50.
