Channel 7 reports on an incident Friday night at Hatoff's, 3440 Washington St. The worker was bound, thrown in the trunk of a car and dumped on River Street in Mattapan.

Jamaica Plain business owner faced felony charge for marking up illegal ads on Centre Street

The Jamaica Plain Gazette reports the president of the Jamaica Plain Business and Professional Association got nabbed for using his pen to complain about scooters illegally parked on Centre Street connected to ads for a South Boston scooter company.

Busy day for police and the FBI: Boston Police tweet that the First Trade Union at 753 E. Broadway was robbed early this afternoon, followed in quick succession by the Hyde Park Savings, 1920 Centre St. in West Roxbury and the Citizens Bank at 696 Centre St. in Jamaica Plain.

Boston Police report a woman walking by 57 Horan Way around 3:20 p.m. was approached by several girls, one of whom knocked her to the ground and took her cell phone and pocketbook.

Egyptian Muhammad, 17, was arrested on a charge of unarmed robbery.

The Jamaica Plains Gazzette has an article about how Forest Hills Station has run out of Bike Charlie Cards. In it, mention is made (in passing) that this cage for 100 bikes cost $4,800,000 (4.8 million!!!!)
