Tim Thomas to the All-Star game!
By paquettew - 1/22/08 - 7:40 pmNot that fans of the OTHER local teams would know, but hard working Bruins goaltender Tim Thomas was recently named to the NHL All-Star game. This is a very big deal for a plyer who spent 10 years working through the minors before he made his NHL debut and who still faces serious doubts about his ability to be a number one goalie. Along with Zdeno Chara and Marv Savard, Thomas will represent the Bruins in Atlanta this coming weekend.
