Patron Yemere came to Roxbury to learn how Family Independence Initiative (www.fii.org) works. A few months later he was on a flight to Tanzania to sow the seeds of the new initiative in his homeland. The rest is history. This weekend, at a workshop in Boston, two African brothers joined the new initive that share dreams and resources in helping families achieve economic mobility.

Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM), the state's largest business advocacy organization with more than 7,000 Bay State businesses and institutions who collectively employ more than 675,000 employees, released the third edition of its biennial Legislative Scorecard. The Scorecard is designed to evaluate the pro-business voting record of each of the members of the Massachusetts Senate and House of Representatives.

Taking into account digital technology could there have been any way at all to have morphed the business of instant film chemistry and the Polaroid cameras so that for example all the people of Polaroid had been retained in developing new directions for a Cambridge company?
