Citizen complaint of the day: Damned middle-of-street parkers and barking dogs

It's a South End twofer. First, a South Ender reports the neighborhood's quaint Sunday tradition of parking in the middle of the street is "out of control," at least, on Warren Avenue, where he or she spotted somebody parking in a crosswalk:

But that's just once a week. Another fed-up citizen complains about the dog park in the Southwest Corridor Park by Carleton:

Please please please please put a huge "NO BARKING" banner in the Carleton st dog park. The park is surrounded by residential units but selfish and inconsiderate dog owners allow their dogs to bark constantly. It's so antisocial. We are woken as early as 6am by barking dogs and sometimes to as late as 1am. Please do something about this. It's driving me mad!

Boston Police report arresting two 15-year-olds last night on charges they pushed somebody off his bike in the park around 11 p.m. at Lamartine and Hoffman streets, then took his bike and his money. A third teen, 14, allegedly accompanied them, but was not charged.

Police say they found the trio not long after inside Cappy's Pizza on Centre Street and arrested the two older ones on a charge of unarmed robbery after they gave conflicting stories where they had been earlier. Police say they released the 14-year-old after witnesses said he did not take a direct role in the attack.

With the 22 bus just not coming, as he stood there at Columbus Ave. and Cedar Street, Jonas Prang counted bicycles - more than 100 in 22 minutes:

... I'm surprised that there is that much bicycle traffic. I'd noticed that the bicycle traffic in the SW Corridor was much greater than in previous years, but I never expected to count that many bicycles, even at rush hour.
