News crews on the scene mentioned a stabbing but there was no evidence outside to explain all of the commotion.</p> <p>Update: <a href="http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/17312886/detail.html">Initial details from WCVB</a> indicate that one person was stabbed in the neck at the Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center, 85 East Newton St. The mental health facility is not actually owned by Boston University Medical Center.
