The Boston Business Journal reports Lyft and Massport have reached an agreement under which Lyft drivers who pass a state background check can be summoned to Logan. Uber is working on a similar agreement.

Every so often, Massport sets things on fire at Logan Airport so firefighters can practice putting them out. As John Gage shows us, today was one of those days.
State Police report a nearly full garbage truck tipped over shortly after 5 a.m. on a Logan Airport service road, sending the driver to the hospital with minor injuries and shutting the road as crews worked to right the truck and clean up the mess.
The tipping happened between Terminal E and the Gulf station, State Police report.
