As if Riverside commuters didn't have enough to worry about, now people getting off at Longwood have to dodge the blood-crazed killer turkeys of Brookline.

We haven't heard much recently about Brookline's killer turkeys. But that's perhaps because they've been off at a secret training camp. And now, they're back patrolling Beacon Street.

Brookline turkeys draw blood
... Recently, the animal control officer encountered two male turkeys while conducting an investigation into a report of a wild turkey. He was attacked by these turkeys, requiring medical attention to his leg. It appears a resident had been feeding the turkeys.
Brookline Police ask all residents not to feed turkeys in their neighborhoods. If the turkeys have no food they will move on. They also advise residents not to leave children unattended in the yard near turkeys ...
