A Suffolk County grand jury has indicted now former Boston College student Inyoung You on charges she repeatedly texted her boyfriend and fellow BC student Alexander Urtula to kill himself - and then watched as he jumped to his death from the top of Northeastern University's Renaissance Garage on the morning of May 20, 90 minutes before he was due to participate in graduation ceremonies at BC - the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. The proposed owners of a new restaurant in a Chestnut Hill Avenue spot that has been causing problems for years vow they won't repeat the mistakes of the past two places there - which included having workers drag unconscious patrons into alleys and letting under-age BC students belly up to the bar. A Suffolk Superior Court judge ruled today that if a New Jersey cop who started a fight at a Fenway Domino's that put a BC student into the hospital stays out of trouble for the next two years, the charges against him will be dismissed, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
